Course objectives (in Czech)
Kurs přibližuje šíření tibetského buddhismu do severovýchodního Tibetu (Amdo), Mongolska a Burjatska. Soustřeďuje sa na společné kulturní a náboženské vazby tohoto regionu. Zaměřuje se na proces destrukce tibetského buddhismu v konfrontaci se socialistickými režimy v Sovětském svazu, Mongolské lidové republice a Čínské lidové republice v průběhu dvacátých a třicátých let 20. století (v případě Amda v padesátých až šedesátých létech). Všímá si i zvláštností procesu náboženské obnovy v jednotlivých oblastech po roce 1980. Kurs je určen orientalistům, religionistům, historikům, politologům a dalším zájemcům.
