Course objectives
Innovative movements within the czech educational system after year 1989 are discussed in the course with special attention to low, policy and social framework. Special attention is paid to innovations at the level of schools and teachers work. The theory of innovation is presented.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Inovace a inovační procesy a jejich podstata.
  • Inovace ve vzdělávání a reforma školské soustavy po r. 1989. Společenský kontext reformy.
  • Inovace a rozvoj a kvalita školy. Koncepty "school improvement", "school development" a "učící se škola". Klíčové oblasti chodu školy a změna a inovace v nich.
  • Inovace v práci učitele. Osobnostní, pedagogicko-metodická a kulturní rovina inovace.
  • Podpora inovační procesů.
  • Inovativní hnutí a působení neziskového sektoru v oblasti vzdělávání.
