- Course objectives
- This optional course is intended for students who want to learn about the key features of expressionist poetry and the work of selected authors of German Expressionism. Some central topics of expresionist lyrics are introduced in individual seminars followed by interpretation of poems influenced by these topics. Each seminar (except for the first to sessions) thus consists of the explanation of a defined context and a subsequent interpretation of poems.
