Syllabus
  • The structure of topics covered during one semester course. Credits will be given for a written project (essey). 1. the definition, nature and the technical approch to information (information theory) 2. the mystery of information creation (cognitive sciences, cybernetics) 3. the transmission of information and knowledge (biology and evolution) 4. the social environment and the origin of information (social psychology) 5. information as a tool of management (management) 6. information, communication and the culture of organizations (management) 7. the information complexity of various environment (information ecology) 8. problems a their information complexity (problem solving, decision making) 9. how to create the information incubators (learning organizations) 10. the "symbol analytics" and the coming age of an information society (futurology)
