Course objectives
The role of the utopias, visions and prognosis in the contemporary society. Modles, constituting elements and projects of Open Education. The global vision of the education in 21st century The changing role of teachers and ways of their support. At the end of this course, students should be able to:
. explain different views of learning society
. interpret development of educational system in CR
. prepare educational program
. manage educational discussion in electronic learning environment
