- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce basics of project management, which are based on standard IPMA.
At the end of the course, students should be able to realize the project, understand all parts of project life cycle and financing of the project. - Syllabus
- 1st module - Introduction to Project Management, IPMA standard
- 2nd to 6th module - IPMA According competence elements: Success of project management, stakeholders, requirements and project objectives, risks and opportunities, quality, project organization, teamwork, problem solving, structure in project, scope and project outputs, time and project phasis, resources, changes, control, management and reporting, communication, initiation, completion, creativity, discussion, conflict and crisis, ethics, implementation of project, program and portfolio management, a permanent organization, personnel management
- 7th to 8th module - IPMA processes by: management of changes, risk management, communications management, project life cycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and termination), management of stakeholders
- 9th - 11th module - IPMA by tools and techniques: Project Initiation - LRM, identification and analysis of stakeholders, risk identification , SMART, project planning - WBS, SOW, using analysis of line diagrams and histograms, construction of network diagrams, Gantt charts, CPM, milestones, risk assessment and risk treatment, attic communication and accountability, implementation and monitoring of the project - EVM, change management, risk monitoring

The course will take place in 12 weekly modules that will be made available progressively. Each module will be completed with a short test and a task.

- Requirements for completion of the course:
Meet the deadline for the submission of tasks or complete the test. Deadline will be one week from the last day of the module. To pass the course is successful and timely completion of each module. Each test can be repeated once again, and must be fulfilled to at least 80%.
