Course objectives
The student understands the differences between the concepts of design touch devices
The student understands the differences between the concepts of operating systems and knows the principles of architecture, security and UX
Students can use the device within the operating system iOS, Android, Windows 8 and Ubuntu on an advanced user level
Students can design and implement implementation tablets in teaching and school life
Students can take the tablets at the lessons of information education
Students can touch devices used in different pedagogical paradigms
The student is able to serve as a methodological support for additional users
The student is able to serve as a technical support and can troubleshoot common user problems
Students can use the device to work in the library
Students can use the device for information curating and prepare for them content
Students can create a simple application of the basic platform for the Intel SDK
Syllabus
  • The theme of the course will touch devices, especially tablets. Course Outline approximates the individual educational goals, but can be adjusted to match the interests and abilities of students.

Teaching methods
Teaching will combine theoretical outputs with lots of practical examples. The lessons will be used tablets with different operating systems and structures with which the students will actively work. Most lessons will be conducted through seminar exercises.
