Course objectives
At the end of the course student should be able to record and interpret basic sources of law that is related to the Land Register. Student is able to describe the development of registration of real estate. Student is able to demonstrate the procedure at Land Register Office. The student will be able to formulate basic legal fillings and papers those are usually prepared by Land Registry.

  • 1) Development of Cadastre of Real Estate in the Czech Republic 2) Administrating principles of each registering tool - their development and comparison 3) Cadastre of Real Estate - its structure, content and function 4) Recording to Cadastre of Real Estate 5) Institutional structure of administration of Cadastre of Real Estate 6) Procedure before Cadastral Offices 7) Relationship between Cadastre of Real Estate and other legal institutes - land planning, purpose built categorisation, land modifications 8) Acces to cadastre information

Teaching methods
Lectures according to given syllabus and study hour.
Assessment methods
Students prove their knowledge in one topic in oral exam. The topic is selected by lot. Classification makes the teacher according to correctness and perfection of the answers.
