At the end of the course students should have basic familiarity with English for specific purposes in the field of international trade.

  • 1. International Trade Organizations, WTO, UNCITRAL. 2. European Community and European Law. 3.Export and Import Transactions. 4. Key Words in International Trade. 5. INCOTERMS. 6. The International Sale Contract. 7. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CSIG). 8. Agency and Distributorship Contracts. 9. International Payment Mechanism and Options. 10. Documentary Credits (Letters of Credit).
