Course objectives
The course is concerned with legal regulation of business companies. Its purpose is to deepen knowledge of students in this sphere. Main objectives is to unterstand the principal of legal regulation of businness companies, ability to orientate oneself in text of regulation and to solve simple cases.
Syllabus
  • corporate law (general explanation - principles, kinds of business companies
  • unlimited liability company
  • limited partnership company
  • limited liability company (change of Memorandum of Association,directors, members stake)
  • public limited company (share, incorporation of a company, legal position of partner, authorised representative)

Assessment methods
Learning is made in the form of lecture and seminaries . The lectures have cognitive function, seminaries are reserved for practise of ability to apply the legal regulation on the concrete cases. The legal regulation is discussed, the cases are solved. The course finishes with written test, the students obtain credits. The conditions for obtaining credits can be specified by every teacher differently.
