Course objectives
Understand and explain the system of care for the development of employment, active employment policy and its instruments; explain unemployment as a social security benefit; explain the legal consequences of entering the job seeker to the list of candidates; include the management of employment subject to the operation of labor
Learning outcomes
At the and of the course, the student will be able to understand legal regulation relating to enmployment, in particular the position of job seekers, employment of citizens and employment of persons with disabilities

  • Unemployment as a social phenomenon; types of unemployment; inclusion of government employment in the activities of state bodies; active employment policy employment policy; active employment policy instruments; the position of job seekers; employment of citizens, coordination of unemployment benefits in the EU; performance of activities by children.
