Course objectives
Give overview about especially part of the material penal law - particular crimes, and about especially part of the penal proceeding - particulary stages of the penal proceeding
Learning outcomes
Give overview about especially part of the material penal law - particular crimes, and about especially part of the penal proceeding - particulary stages of the penal proceeding. Students will be able to legally qualify the common elements of the offenses, the differences between them and the context. In the criminal process they will be able to characterize the individual stages of criminal proceedings, their meaning, purpose, function, including the procedure of the body active in criminal proceedings.

lecture - and other documents referred to in the interactive syllabus (PowerPoint presentation, questions for the theoretical preparation, etc)
Assessment methods
Exam - oral form, in case of bad epidemiological situation will be written test. Oral form is consisted of 2 questions from criminal substantive and criminal procedural law - you need to pass all of this parts. Written test consists of two parts - 10 questions where is only one right answer and 10 questions to be answered by student. You need to answer at least 11 questions correctly.
