Course objectives
The deepening of knowledge in application of criminal law concepts which are necessary for the practice of higher justice official. The development of practical skills for solving concrete situations from procedural law, particularly according to code of criminal procedure, rules of procedure, internal rules of procedure, advocate´s tariff etc.
Syllabus
  • Basic legal institutes of criminal procedure. Right on defence and its safeguards in practice of a higher justice official. The aspects of agenda after the passing of the sentence. Execution procedure in practice of higher justice officials. Special aspects of the procedure in juvenile cases.

Teaching methods
6 hours of seminars which are focused on solution of practical examples from the agenda of courts or state prosecutors. Homework excercises in form of case studies.
