Course objectives
Civil Law Substantive - the fundamental legal part of private area. Understanding of the general part of civil law. Assumption of the right in rem. General part of obligations.
Syllabus
  • Civil legal relationships.
  • Personal rights.
  • Civil legal matters, legal acts (legal transaction). Consequences.
  • Civil legal matters, concluding a contract.
  • Civil legal matters, time and its purport.
  • Rights in rem, concept, categorization.
  • Ownership, concept, subject, object.
  • Acquisition of ownership.
  • Co-ownership and matrimonial property.
  • Ownership of flats (apartments).
  • Rights to another persons things.
  • The law of obligations, concept and categorization.
