Course objectives
The subject focuses on understanding of the structure of international legal argument which includes hypothesis, normative and non-normative reasoning and factual materials as well. The understanding of legal arguments will be based upon case law, ie. upon the analysis of cases brought before international courts and tribunals (the International Court of Justice - ICJ; the European Court of Human Rights - ECHR).
