Course objectives
The purpose of teaching the subject of Civil Procedure Law is to deepen the knowledge of the basic characteristics of civil procedural law at the level corresponding to the doctoral study program, its system integration into the legal order and its internal system. Further deepen the understanding of principles, standards and sources of civil procedure law and its most general institutes.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain fundamental elements of a civil procedure law (principles, rules and institutes), its position in the system of law and its inner systematic.
