Course objectives
Subject of this course is the analyse of the basic institutions and questions connected with the PIL. The legal pluralismus in the area of PIL is the main point of the discussion during the first meeting. The following questions are discussed during the second and third meeting: Classification, overriding mandatory rules, public policy..

  • na úvodní semináři jsou studentům zadány aktuální materiály pro studium; rovněž se předpokládá, že oni sami si vytvoří doporučený seznam literatury
