Course objectives
The Criminal Procedure is aimed on the questions of the science of criminal law and specific requirements of thesis. At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the role of subjects in criminal proceedings, evidence procedure as a crux of criminal proceedings, decisions and legal remedies in criminal procedure, focusing on differences between adversary and inquisitorial criminal procedure.
