Course objectives
This subject intends to provide students with the survey of public international law, including details on general and particular parts. Elements covered by specialized subjects are excluded.
Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of international law as a whole - student will be able to identify the key controversial points in both legal doctrine and practice of internaitonal law - -Student will be able to critically think on most issued of current international-law discourse. - Student will be able to gain an in-depth understanding of the realtion of international law to EU law, as well as national law.

  • 1. Specificities of International Law as a particular legal system. 2. Subjects and sources. 3. Legal regimes of particular territories (state territory, sea, space etc.). 4. Rsponsibility and enforcement in international law.
