Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain a problematic of a civil execution.
Syllabus
  • 1. Notion, function and importance of a civil execution. 2. Fundamental principles of a civil execution. 3. Conditions of a civil execution. 4. Execution titles. 5. Means of a civil execution according to the civil procedure code.
