Course objectives
This course is primarily for the students of the Administrative Law and Environmental Law who have their dissertation thesis focused on administrative law. This course develops the course entitled “Environmental Law III“ and deals with some regarding issues.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to analyze problematic cases and relevant legal regulation in the given field with regards to the EU law requirements, to apply relevant legal regulation to specific cases. They will be well oriented in jurisprudence and to work with case-law. Students will be able to make a research and to present their outcomes in front of the collective.
