Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide students with basic theoretical knowledge of legal remedies in civil judicial proceedings.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical connections of institutes of a civil procedure law.
