Course objectives
The aim of the course is to analyse fundamental methodological aspects of law on the internet.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, student shall be able to
- understand the concept of information and related concepts (complexity, chaos etc.)
- understand philosophical and methodological fundaments of cybernetics and information philosophy
- understand law as a societal information system
- understand challenges and limitations of law cause by its informational nature

Individual consultations of sources, consultations of the semester paper.
Assessment methods
The course is concluded by submission of a semester paper and its defence at a public colloquium.
