Course objectives
The aim of the course is to discuss legal issues related to specific forms of unfairly competitive behaviour in information networks.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
Understand specific features and functioning of competitive creativity on-line
Analyse legality of aggressive competitive practices on the internet
Analyse legality of attractive competitive practices on the internet
Identify and argue competitive harm arising from unfair competitive practices on-line
