Course objectives
The aim of the course is to understand and grasp the subject matter of financial law. The course is an obligatory part of the study plan.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- argue for the autonomy and unity of financial law;
- identify public financial activity;
- specify the subject matter of financial law regulation;
- define the method of legal regulation in financial law;
- systematize financial law;
- understand the accessory of financial law;
- understand the concept of financial law of other jurisprudences;
- orientate in historical development of financial law elements.
Syllabus
  • Consultation topics:
  • - Theoretical aspects of the dissertation topic.
  • - Specifics of specific public financial activity.
  • - Method of the regulation.
  • - Relationship with other legal sectors and other components of financial law.
  • - Domestic and world literature on the topic.
