Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with basic instrumentation for discussion on the nature of legal science, or whether we can speak about legal science.
Learning outcomes
After the course student will be able to: - identify basic features of the legal science; - describe the position of the legal science in the general system of sciences; - describe the basic methods of legal science; - apply methodological instrumentation to her dissertation.
