Course objectives
The aim of the course is to meet the requirements for European and international legal aspects of the dissertation topic. The course deals with issues of the concept of European financial law, financial law of the European Union and international financial law, including legal regulation of taxes. Students can apply their knowledge of campus studies or use the knowledge of the course in the implementation of the plan of campus studies (internship).
Learning outcomes
Student will have: - to perceive the European and international dimension of the topic of their dissertation;
- application of subject matter data in your publishing activities;
- application of data from the course in your dissertation;
- pursue other legal comparisons in the field of financial law.

  • - the concept of European financial law;
  • - the concept of European Union financial law;
  • - the concept of international financial law;
  • - thesis application of knowledge from the subject to the dissertation.
