Course objectives
Understanding questions of interpretation of international treaties and EU law as the first stage of the application. Methods of interpretation, particularities in international law and Court of Justice of the European Union.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to gain a deeper understanding of interpretation in international law
- student will be able to identify the controversial points in the field of interpretation of international law.
- Student will be able to critically think on theoretcial aspect of interpretation in international law.
- Student will be able to understand wider theoretical background to interpretation of international treatieas and other sources of international law.

  • Interpretation of international treaties and EU law as the first stage of the application. Methods of interpretation, particularities in international law and Court of Justice of the European Union.
