Course objectives
Students will acquire advanced information on the legal regulation of external economic relations of the EU, including the particularity of the exclusive competence of the EU.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able:
- to understand the nature of the competence of the European Union and of the Member States in the area of international trade regulation
- to subsume the economic facts of international trade into the legal context
- to orientate in autonomous and contractual measures common commercial policy

  • 1. Common commercial policy.
  • 2. EU as a customs union.
  • 3. Regulation of importations and exportations in relation to the third countries.
  • 4. Particular relations to certain third countries.
  • 5. BREXIT and its impacts on EU in the area of common commercial policy
