Course objectives
The aim of the course is to analyze current developments in the area of ​​conflict of laws and procedural norms of family law with an international element. Due to the multiplicity of sources, the course focuses on their interconnections, application priority and legal regulation.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to orientate in the sources of international family law and will be able to apply them.

  • Overview of sources of international family law and their mutual relations Relationship of ZMPS, EU regulations and international conventions Relations between parents and children Relations between spouses Maintenance obligations Registered partnerships
