The aim of the subject is to deepen an understanding of legal regimes of these territories.
Learning outcomes
Doctoral student will understand better and more completely the international legal regulation of these regimes.

Teaching methods
Self-study, discussion, problem-solving.
Assessment methods
1. Each student will choose one regime and will write an essay thereupon. The lenght of the essay is 5 pages. In the essay, the doctoral student will elucidate main shortcomings (for instance an obsolete rule) of the selected regime. 2. Student will explain two most contested (problematic) points of the chosen territorial regime in a 10-minute presentation.
