Course objectives
acquiring knowledge and skills in enforcing subjective rights in commercial law relationships
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, the student will be able to proceed independently in the enforcement of subjective private rights.
Syllabus
  • protection of rights in commercial relations provided by civil procedural law
  • general issues of civil procedure, which are essential not only for understanding the basic principles of civil procedure
  • an analysis of specific issues relating to commercial proceedings
  • demonstrations on commercial relations issues (e.g. in relation to the allocation of the burden of proof)
  • some specific issues relating to the protection of subjective rights in commercial matters (e.g. uncontested proceedings), including how to pursue claims in different types of civil proceedings
