Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will understand the crucial terms of state; the student will know the structure and functions of modern state; the student will be able to characterise the constitution, constitutionalism, democracy and selfgovernment and their forms; the student will understand the basics of human rights problemacy and legal protection.
