- Course objectives
- Basic delimitation of administrative law and public administration; the organisation of public administration; implementing public administration. Procedural administrative law - concept, nature and aims; general and special regulations of administrative procedure. Introduction to the "special" section of administrative law, characteristics of more important "resort" subsystems of public administration.
