Course objectives
The goal of eduacation of insolvency law and law enforcement is to make the students the acquaintance of the fundamentals and institutes of the insolvency substantive law, law enforcement and their procedures. At the end of this course the student will be able to: - understand the fundamentals and institutes of enforcement law and insolvency law, - use the information about the fundamentals and institutes of execution and insolvency law to solve particular situations, - create independently some procedural acts (e.g. registration of claim) in ordered subject, - bring up adequate proposal in an execution proceeding - propose consequential ways how to solve bankruptcy situations, - apply provisions of legal regulations in particular situations, - interpret insolvency law and enforcement law in accordance with the invariable judicial practise of the courts

  • 1. Executory and Bankruptcy Law 2. Process of the Insolvency proceedings, Bankruptcy, Insolvency Procedure 3. Subjects of the Insolvency proceedings 4. Assertion and Satisfaction of Claims in the insolvency proceedings, principles of the insolvency proceedings 5. Assets, voidability and unenforceability of legal acts in the scheme of insolvency law, incidental disputes 6. The Bankruptcy Solutions by Bankruptcy 7. The Bankruptcy Solutions by Reorganisations and Discharge of Debts 8. The Process of insolvency proceedings 9. Enforcement Orders 10. Subjects of the enforcement proceedings, individuals participated in the enforcement proceedings and related principles of the enforcement proceedings 11. Enforcement of the judgement of the monetary fulfilment 12. Enforcement of the judgement of the monetary fulfilment II 13. Enforcement of the judgement of the non-monetary fulfilment
