Course objectives
The main objective of this course is to equip students with basic knowledge of basic issues and administrative law institutes, as well as certain skills and abilities to apply the acquired knowledge to practical problems.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: - Understand the essence and mission of administrative law and public administration, and legal forms of PA activities - Explain their functions, - Explain their merit, - Focus on case studies, and - Justify selected case study solution.
Syllabus
  • Public administration activities, legal forms od PA acitvities, its methods. Requirements for public admnistration activities, structure and types of public administration powers. Discretionary powers of public administration. Administrative acts and other forms of public administration activities. Public administration control, liability, and legal guarantees in public administration. Administrative punishment.
