The students are supposed to have studied Latin at the secondary school for at least two years.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to enable students to get deeper knowledge of Latin, focusing on the ability of interpreting Latin legal ictions, sayings and texts.
Syllabus
  • Revision of the noun derivations - nouns, adjectives, pronouns, numerals. Revision of the verb derivations - present, past, future I., active and passive structures. Creating adverbs, comparative and superlative of adjectives and adverbs. Nouns forms verbal of the present tense. Subjunctives. Past tense and active structures. Reading and interpreting Latin legal expressions, concepts and sentences. Reading legal texts.

Zápočet za 1.semestr je udělen při splnění následujících podmínek: účast a práce na seminářích, vypracování seminární práce, úspěšné absolvování zápočtového testu.
