Course objectives
The main objectives of this course can be summarized as follows: to reach the new knowledge about planning process, building process, approval of premises to be regularly occupied, making of contracts for work and the contracts for subcontractors, realization of engineering works and buildings.
Syllabus
  • The introduction to the private building law, concepts, sources of law, commercial usages, subcontracting, sales for contracts, expropriation, planning process, simplified planning process, building process, using of buildings, removal of buildings.
