Course objectives
Analysis and commentaries on cca 20 judgments of the ECJ relating to the Internal Market. Students are supposed to understand the way how the ECJ develops the EC law.
Syllabus
  • 1. ECJ as the law-maker, the structure of its judgments 2. Analysis of 20 judgments relating to the Internal Market (e.i. Leclerc, Mars, Phil Collins, Coordination rurale, Centros, Francovich and others).
