Course objectives
The course provides students with the basic knowledge on EU courts: their competence, procedural rules, different types of actions and the binding character of judgments. The course corresponds to needs of Czech lawyers. Main objective of the course is essentially the understanding of delimitation of competences between EU courts and Czech national courts. Students should understand in detail what can be expected from EU courts when applying the EU law in Czech Republic.
