Structure and organization of EU judicial institutions, procedure before them, legal nature of judgments (precedential nature), relations to national courts
Syllabus
  • Judicial system of EU after Nice and according to the Constitutional Treaty Organization of different courts (ECJ, CFI) Statutes, Rules of procedure Proceedings before EU Courts - actions, proceedings, judgements, appeals and other remedies Parties and their representation Relations to national courts - preliminary references General evaluation of the EU judicial system
