Course objectives
MP912Zk Finance of Local Administration 1. Characterisation of basic institutes of municipal budgets. 2. Municipal budgets within the system of public budgets. 3. Local finance in the epoch of local national committees. 4. Position of villages in securing public goods, legal regulation of budgetary and contributory organisations under the collective form of community business activities. 5. Municipal budget and other monetary funds. 6. Budget procedure within municipal budgets. 7. Composition of budgets. 8. Incomes in municipal budgets actual, tax, non-tax incomes and fees. 9. Budget of district office as the mediator of subsidies for municipal budgets. 10. Expenses in municipal budgets. 11. Other municipal monetary funds. 12. Supervision over municipal management of finances internal control, external control.
