Course objectives
The aim of the course is to develop knowledge and skills in the area of commercail law to a greater extent and depth, focusing on the practical context and the ability to apply legal norms in individual cases. Great emphasis is placed on the ability of consistent argumentation in both written and oral form. The course focuses mainly on business contracts and business transactions as such, as well as on the law of business corporations.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand practical issues of commercial law application;
prepare foundation of commercial companies;
analyze and formulate commercial contracts;
create various commercial actions and documents, shareholder agreements

Case studies, analysis of prepared documents, creation of contracts, actions and various documents,class discussion
Assessment methods
Written and oral case studies every class. Classes (workshops) are obligatory; active participation is necessary.
