Course objectives
Students will receive instruction and will continue to practice skills in public presentations to professionals and laymen, and the ability to convince the addressees - listeners, readers, clients, government authorities.
Syllabus
  • The dynamics of the negotiation process
  • Same side of the table = partnerships with clients
  • On the other side of the table = Problem solving approach as the key to successful negotiation
