This course deals with the selected problems of constitutional law Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to learn principles of constitutional law;
to understand modern problems of constitutional justice;
to be able to explain the constitutional principles of separation of powers;
to be able make a comparison on different constitutional regulation;
to learn the basic aspects of the constitutional systems.
