Cíle předmětu
At the end of the course students should be able to:
• understand and explain the origin and content of EU environmental law;
• work with information on various EU directives on environmental law;
• make reasoned decisions about the implications of EU environmental law for national law and policy;
• make deductions based on acquired knowledge of EU environmental law;
• interpret judgments of the Court of Justice EU on EU environmental law.

Výukové metody
The format of the course is as follows: the first 45 min will be spent on lecturing according to the schedule mentioned above. At the second 45 min of class a recent judgment of the CJEU will be discussed.
