Course objectives
The target group of the project are students of Master's studies in Law and Legal Science, with sufficient ability to work creatively independently and in groups and to argue cases in depth. The added value and innovation of the activities lies primarily in the solving of actual cases and in the contact with a various selection of experts from practice who can provide valuable insight into the issues under consideration - and also introduce students to problems they encounter in their daily work. This is a unique opportunity for students. The summer school classes will consist of blocks that will include both theoretical instruction and, above all, the solution of practical examples and discussion of possible conclusions. The introductory blocks will be led by lecturers from the Faculty of Arts of MU, while the remaining blocks will be conducted with the participation of experts from practice.
