Course objectives
The goal of this course is to explain the basics of Russian legal theory and Russian constitutional law.
Syllabus
  • I. Structure of jurisprudence and a place of the theory of State and law in this structure. II. Occurrence and development of the theory of State and law in Russia. III. Theoretical concepts of an origin and essence of State and law. IV. Concept of law of the Russian jurisprudence. V. Legal norm and its structure. Rules of law in system of social norms. VI. Legal relations. The legal facts. VII. Violations and legal liability. VIII. Applications of the right and interpretation of laws. IX. State Signs. The state form. X. New problems in jurisprudence.
