Course objectives
This course has as its objective the improvement of students’ practical skills in the field of corporate law. The content of this course is divided into five blocks. The opening lectures introduce each of them, which should extend and deepen the basic understanding of corporate law. Students deal with practical cases that are analyzed in classes.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
call and run a general meeting;
plead avoidability or invalidity of general meeting resolution;
draft an easier shareholders agreement;
prepare documents allowing them to decide about profit share;
prepare documents allowing additional capital contribution.
