Course objectives
The objective of the course is to teach the students how to recognise labour law relation and how to distinguish them from other legal relations. Students will be acquainted with the specific issue concerning the working conditions.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- to distinguish the type of employment relationship and the relevant legislation
-to define and distinguish employment relationship in the private sector and the civil service relationship
- be well informed about specific of employment a working condition on private and public sector
- to apply gained knowledge in the praxis in case of establishment, changes and termination of employment and civil service relationship
